Individuals possessing the minimum of a bachelors degree (some majors will be excluded) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Possessing a Washington State teaching certificate is neither preferable, nor necessary. Often we need to “un-train” those who have taught in the public schools. Applicants possessing a masters degree or PhD will be given preference. Those with previous experience teaching in a non-public school setting will also be prioritized above others.

Admission to our team is selective and the training process can be lengthy depending on prior experience. Income can range from 42K to 102K for contracted staff, depending on level of expertise and contracts simultaneously held. There is excellent opportunity for advancement in the company.

We are an established company with an impeccable reputation that caters to high-end clientele on the Eastside and Mercer Island. We are quite popular among Microsoft, AT&T, and Amazon employees.
