To ensure retention of the highest quality learning coaches, Washington Test Prep does not accept cancelations or schedule modifications of a non-emergency nature once a contracted schedule is agreed upon. All of our coaches are in consistently high demand and keep to incredibly tight schedules, for which sudden cancelations can be overwhelmingly disruptive. As we choose to contract only with the very best, nearly all of our coaches stipulate strict cancelation policies when they choose to contract with us, and we respect and abide by their policies.
Full-refund options are provided in the event of emergencies for which continuing with classes is not a viable option.
